Premier Events offers three packages to perfectly fit your needs, but if none of the following fit just right, give us a shout! We'll create a custom package just for you!
If you’ve got the pre-planning covered, but want someone to take care of everything on event day, Premier Coordinating is for you! With this package, you pass all of the details on to us, and we take it from there. After two in-person consultations and a venue walk-through, we create a custom timeline for your wedding day. We will confirm final details with all vendors, assist with pre-event activities (i.e. rehearsal, set-up, decorating, etc.), and take care of all day-of responsibilities (i.e. vendor arrivals, venue prep, schedules, clean-up, and more!). You don’t have to worry about a thing.
Do you have vendor selection & booking and initial planning on lock, but are seeking someone to take over after that point to manage communication, tie up loose ends, and take care of all things day-of? Consider our Premier Management package! We begin working with you about six months out, taking everything out of your hands and making sure every detail is finalized appropriately and on time. We’ll attend necessary meetings (vendor and otherwise), consult with you frequently, and take care of your entire wedding day from mimosas and makeup all the way through the sparkler exit.
